Paris-based drummer Yann Joussein is one of the leading players on the young French scene, working in a range of bands including the vibes-led quartet Rètroviseur and the hardcore jazz-rock trio DDJ. He has also developed a unique approach to performing as a solo percussionist, incorporating electronics and an assortment of found objects.
